Nancy Anna Salter born 1796 Jefferson County Georgia was the daughter of Eli Salter and Susan wood. She married James William Josey May 27, 1815 in Jefferson County Georgia. They had 13 children. She died in 1883. James Josey and Nancy (salter) Josey are buried at Consolation Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery Nancy's Parents were Eli Salter and Susan wood
