Hannah was born about 1714. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Salter and Rebecca Stillwell. [1]
From the manuscript records of the First Baptist Church in Philadelphia it states, "Hannah Saltar was wife to Richard Britton, late of Monmouth County, N. J." In 1733 she was a member of the Middletown Baptist Church as were her parents, Ebenezer and Rebecca Stillwell Salter. In October 1762 she transferred her membership to the Pennypack Baptist Church, Lower Dublin Pennsylvania. In 1771 she is shown as a member of the Montgomery County Baptist Church.[2]
She passed away about 1785.[3]
