Filana lived with Andrew J. Howard (born in Breathitt, Kentucky on 18 Jun 1833; died in Salyersville, Magoffin, Kentucky on 28 Feb 1915), son of William Howard and Mary Salyer.
In the 1900 census, the widow Filena lived with Andy (age 65) was the widowed head of household in Magisterial District 4, Magoffin, Kentucky. She lists that four living children with two daughters living with her.[1]
