Biography

Elenor was born Dec. 6, 1758. She was the daughter of Moses Sample and Ruth Wood. She passed away about 1796.

Elenor Shank is named in the will of her father, Moses Samples which was recorded on 24 January 1824 in the Jefferson County, Tennessee Probate Records. [2]

"And the heirs of my daughter Elener Shanks I leave fifty cents each. "
