Biography

Ephraim Sampson was born on January 16, 1793, in Middleborough, Massachusetts. He is the son of Ephraim Sampson and presumed motherElizabeth Edson. [1]

Research Notes

  • The Bradford Silver Book shows that Ephraim was born in 1793, but it also says his mother died in 1791. Ephraim's listing in the birth order seems to indicate he was actually born between 1785 and 1787.[2]
