Easton was born about 1813 in Green County, Kentucky. He was the son of Elijah Sanders and Dorcus Chandler

He married Denarzzio Madra on 13 March 1834 in Green County, Kentucky.^[1]

They were the parents of at least the following children:

Easton died in 1883 in Taylor County, Kentucky and was buried in the Sanders Cemetery. His widow Mary Sanders was appointed administrator of his estate. She posted the required bond on 21 January 1884 in Taylor County, Kentucky.^[3][4]
