Kevin Sanderson has been in touch with Jeff Hause who you cite here. The DNA Match we have is R-M269 for this group. Kevin Sanderson had some records sent from the Rushden Northamptonshire office ... They include the designation of a First Wife for Edward as Elizabeth Elizabeta Brightman (of Irchester and then Addington) and the birth John a son in England ...John Sanders Saunders.

BIRTH 1638 NOV 25 • christened, in, Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire, England DEATH Unknown. There may also have been another child that died in England before Edward married in the British Colony (what was Watertown area). Hoping that some records in the future will be discovered. We have no one located in U.K. who fits that surname with that DNA match. Sometimes the spelling was Sanderson/Saunderson and even Saundersonne and Sanders .. My brother's DNA test matched with Kevin Sanderson and we were able to find 4 or 5 others in the U.S. with DNA match.
