Richard Sands (aka Sandys) is believed to be the son of Stephen Sands and Jane (Cowgill) Sands.
Per Beatrice Cowgill research, Richard Sands, b 1687, d 1758, m 3 Oct 1712, at Burlington MH, Mary Grubb.
His will dated 7 Jan 1758, Bucks Co., PA wills 2:334, named his wife, Mary, his daughter, Jane, wife of Thomas Bains and his grandchildren, Mary Jones, Richard Sands, Jessie Bains, Phebe Bains, Elizabeth Bains, Stephen Bains, and children of daughter Elizabeth Roberts.
According to his Find A Grave memorial, Richard is buried in the Middletown Friends (Quaker) Cemetery, in Langhorne, Bucks County, Pennsylvania [1]
