Peter på Sandvin, mentioned 1304-1331, was married to Ingebjørg (daughter of Guttorm på Norheim, mentioned in a letter of 20 Feb 1306[1][2]).
Peter på Sandvin is mentioned as a witness to a sale in a document from Bergen dated 21 Feb 1314.[3]
He was mentioned in a document from Vikøy dated 28 Feb 1317, regarding the relocation of two boathouses on Sandven land that belonged to Steine, and Sandven being granted rights at Mødal.[4][5] The fact that the land the boathouses stood on belonged to Sandven was established in a document of 1315/1316.[6][7]
He was the father of Herborg, Brigida, and Margreta, all of whom were mentioned Jan 14 1331 as married adult women.[8][9]
He is probably a descendant of Peter Unge, but at least one generation must separate them.
Note: His seal names him Petri De Sandvin in 1314.[10]
