Biography

Eunice Sanford was born to David Cornet and Rachel (Strong) Sanford October 22, 1747, in Milford, Connecticut.[1].

Although marriage records have not yet been located, it appears that Eunice married Nathan Stoddard about 1765, based on the birth of their first child, Clarissa in March 1766.[1] Eunice and Nathan had seven children:

  • Clarissa, b 1766
  • Nathan, b 1768
  • Phebe, b 1769
  • Sarah, b 1771
  • Olive, b 1774
  • Hannah, b 1775
  • Eunice, b 1778

Eunice died October 10, 1794 in Woodbury, Connecticut.[1][2]
