Robert Standford/Sanford married first Mary (Howland) Williamson (widow of Timothy) January 22, 1679 at Marshfield, Massachusetts.[1][2][3]
Robert married second Rebecca (Bartlett) Bradford (widow of William) after 1689 and before December 13, 1709.[4]
Robert Stanford first appears in Plymouth Colony in June 1667. He was of Scituate in 1672.
He was still there in March 1678/9 when Lydia, wife of Isacke Hanmore, accused him ‘to be the father of the child lately born of her body.’ (PDR:6 6-7)
[5] He was ordered to pay support. Robert was of Marshfield by 6 Jul 1680.
Robert died between between 15 May 1721 and 7 Mar 1721/2 according to this source, although neither the place nor a primary source citation are shown.[6]
