Biography of Eunice M. SANFORD MOODY

Eunice M. Sanford was born in 1899, the daughter of Alfred J. Sanford and his wife Carrie M. M. Lesser.

Eunice M. Sanford is one of ten siblings:

  1. William Arthur Sanford, born February 25, 1889 (twin), who married Lillian Waugh about 1913.
  2. Charlotte Sanford, born February 25, 1889 (twin), who died in infancy.
  3. Alfred J. Sanford, Jr., born 1890, who died in infancy.
  4. Luella Carolyn Sanford, born July 17, 1892, who married John Cleveland Dax.
  5. Rose Sanford, born 1894 and died 1895 at the age of 11 years old.
  6. Ruth C. Sanford, born November 30, 1897, who married Burgess Arthur Field on June 15, 1919.
  7. Eunice M. Sanford, born November 20, 1899, who married William H. Moody in June 1920
  8. Richard Holland Sanford, born September 20, 1906

Eunice M. Sanford married William H. Moody in June 1920 and they had three children who may still be living: Joy Bell, William Henry and Robert John,

Eunice M. Sanford was widowed in April 1942 with the death of her husband William. They were married only 22 years, but their children were grown by that time.

Eunice M. Sanford Moody passed away before 1999.
