His will is dated 30 January 1761 and proved on 14 February 1761 in Fairfield. He mentions his wife and his children, viz. Elizabeth, Rachel, Abigail, Hannah, John, Oliver, Lois, Tabitha, Huldah, Ephraim, and Augustus.[1]
His inventory was recorded on 9 July 1762 in Fairfield.[2]
On 15 June 1763 the estate distribution was recorded in Fairfield.[3]
