Biography
Elizabeth Saunders was born in 1741, in Albemarle, Virginia, daughter of Julius Saunders b: 1720 in New Kent, Virginia, and Jemima Woodward b: abt 1720 in James City, Virginia. Elizabeth married William "Billy" Bond in about 1762, in Albemarle County, Virginia. To this union were born four children:
Allen Woodard, Bond, born 1765, in Virginia, died May, 1837, in Shelby county, Tennessee, married Sally Murry [1]
Mourning Bond, born 1768, in Albemarle county, Virginia, died November 7, 1861, in Talladega, Alabama, married John Carter, Jr., on 13 Nov 1791, in Fluvanna county, Virginia [2]
Robert Nicholas Bond, born 1774, in Franklin county, Virginia, died 1828, in Barren county, Kentucky, married Sarah Ann Starkey [3]
