Albert married Mary "Polly" Curry at Christ Church, Nassau, Bahamas 9 December 1816. The marriage was witnessed by Nathaniel Saunders. The family resided in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco.
Albert Saunders completed the 1825 Slave Registration as required by law. He also filed papers in 1822, 1828 and 1831.
