Margaret Browell was born in 1856, the daughter of Langton Browell. She married Major Robert Jocelyn Waller on 22 August 1878 in Millbrook, Hampshire. They had one child during their marriage (Dr Jocelyne Langton Waller). She died in March 28 1880 in West Bengal, India, at the age of 24
