Euphemia (Saunders) Roberts is part of a Bahamian family.

Biography

Euphemia Saunders was born in Bimini, Bahamas on Christmas Day 1874 to Benjamin James Saunders and Adriana Mary Elizabeth Weech Saunders.

Euphemia moved with her mother to Florida sometime before 1900. In 1899, she became the second wife of Benjamin Franklin Peacon in Key West. Her husband died there in 1921, and Euphemia Saunders Peacon married, second, Erlin Deleil "Dewey" Roberts, son of Luddington Roberts, in Key West 9 July 1927.

Euphemia Peacon Roberts died in Key West, Florida in October 1954 and is buried in the City Cemetery.
