Biography

Pauline married a physician, John Ryan, in Kingston, Ontario in 1918. The following year they moved to Rochester, New York. By 1925, they had moved to Brooklyn, New York.
By 1930, Pauline and John were separated. She was living, with her mother, at 140 East 63rd Street in Manhattan. Later that year, the two of them would travel to Britain, returning on the S.S. Samaria in September.
By 1932 she was divorced from John and had remarried, to William Burgin.
