Biography
Eva Elizabeth Schaeffer was born 1738 to Christopher and Esther Schaeffer. On December 17, 1753 in St Paul Anglican Church, Halifax, Nova Scotia she married J. Conrad Knickle. They were of the original "Foreign Protestants" to settle in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Eva Elizabeth died two days after the birth of son Henry which was December 12, 1778 at the age of 40 years.
