DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Maria by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Maria:
Not sure :
Do you think we must add this information to the profile with clear indications of the probability factor in bios or...
must we just mention it in the bios of Schalcks-1 ?

"den 14 ditto[October 1685] Dirck Johannes : Moeder Maria Sara een Comp: Slavin de vader Dirck Adam Witness Groot Armosij"
Mansell .....The mother was most probably the Company halfslag Maria Schalks (daughter of Sara de Waster alias Koddo van Guinea) and the father the halfslag Dirck van de Caep (son of Sobba alias Lijsbeth van Angola)
Van de Caep-5 and Schalk-12 appear to represent the same person because: I believe (see Delia) that they are the same children (the other child we are missing is Sibella). Perhaps the LNAB should be "Schalks" ...
