Biography

Wanetta was born circa 1916 in Greene County, Pennsylvania.^[1] She was the daughter of James Blaine Scherich and Clara M. Cooke.

She married Earl Sylvester Ryan on 2 August 1935 in Beeler's Station, Marshall County, in a ceremony performed by Jas. M. Carmichael, Minister of the Gospel.^[2]

Earl and Wanetta lived in Cameron, Marshall County, in 1940, but that is the last record known of her.^[3] It is not known whether she died or they divorced, but Earl married again, probably in Guernsey County, Ohio.
