Obituary

Mrs. Anna Barta, 75-year-old lady resident of this section, died at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her son, Mr. Robert Barta, in the Content community. The funeral will take place Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Weimar Masonic Cemetery, with Rev. O. A. Meyer, local Evangelical minister, officiating. Mrs. Barta was born in Moravia, but had lived in this country for many years. She had been in very bad health for a year past, but was severely ill only the last twelve weeks. She was a good wife and mother, neighbor and friend, and her death is sincerely deplored by a large circle of acquaintances. She is survived by eight children, as follows: Messrs. Adolf, August, Louis, Edward, Joe and Robert Barta, Mrs. John Blahuta and Mrs. Julia Fojtik of Fort Worth. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to her bereaved ones. Weimar Mercury, April 19, 1935
