Not entirely satisfied with these sources because they name LAVINA, while the Ott familiy record (which isn't excatly infallible, but is pretty accurate) said LOVINA. There is a 2013 obituary of a sister-in-law (her husband's brother's wife-- see Sources), and in it her name is spelled LAVINA. There are Laudolffs in Calvary Cemetery (the Mausoleum, actually) in Fond du Lac, but I don't see Herman or Lovina. Most persuasive is the ancientfaces link, which agrees with her date of birth and location, but it says she was "born into the Laudolff familiy" (see Sources).
