Michael was born on 17 May 1762, the son of Nikolaus Schneider and Barbara Sänger. He married Margaretha Witt on 25 Jan 1791 in Zerf. They had children:
Michael married second Anna Maria Jungblut on 3 May 1797. They had one son:

Michael died and was buried on 28 Jan 1844.
