He married Anna Maria Jochem on 15 January 1782 in Illingen-Gennweiler, Rheinland, Prussia.[citation needed]

ii. Elisabeth (Schröder) Schmitt
iii. Wilhelm (Schröder) Schrader
The date and location of Johann Jakob's death is unknown at the time of writing; further research is warranted.
