Welcome Donald!

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. We are building one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person.

It is important to check for duplicates as you add any Profiles to WikiTree. Instead of making another profile of the same person, we add our sources to profiles which match ours and are already on WikiTree.

See How to Use WikiTree to be quickly oriented.

Our list of Projects offers unique ways to participate in WikiTree.

Visit our G2G Forum for answers to questions like this one: How do you find sources?

Thank you for joining us in building our shared tree.

I am Don Scott, keeper of the Ancestry Scott Family Tree, which is an open tree. I have done ancestry DNA and it has been useful in connecting with cousins in other trees. I welcome critisism of my tree, while I will always question conclusions of others when I view something not supported by facts. My "stone wall" is the origins of my ancestor, William Scott who was married to Lucretia Jame Scott an lived his adult life and died in Bedford, Va in 1794. I have a high level of interest in helping to grow wikitree.

Thanks
