The original record (probable source of FindAGrave record of offspring above) is Jacob’s will, registered in the Bucks County PA probate court on 1 Feb 1827[2], which bequeaths to wife Esther and first named child, Samuel. Other children named in this will, in this order: Jacob, Joseph, William (previously deceased; William's children were heirs), Ann (Scott) Johnson, Mary (Scott) Rickman, Amos, and Garret.
