He married Bernice Nellie Whitehouse, the daughter of Calvin and Cynthia Whitehouse, on November 1, 1915 in Pleasant Valley, Yarmouth County.[2]
The couple had at least 3 children:
1. Allison Borden Joseph Scott born in Plymouth in 1916[3]
2. Kathleen Evelyn born in Plymouth in 1919[4]
3. Willard born date unknown[5]
Aubrey Willard died June 24, 1945 at the Yarmouth Hospital in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia[1], and he was buried June 27, 1945 in Plymouth.[1]
