In 1930 and 1940, Oliver and Ina lived in Plymouth, Mercer, West Virginia, United States with their children.[7][8]
He died on 21 February 1947, in Mercer, West Virginia, United States, at the age of 47,[9] and was buried in Athens Cemetery, Athens, Mercer, West Virginia, United States.[10]
