Biography

Schuyler Scott married Susan Mary Scott on March 12, 1870 in Monroe County, Kentucky. Schuyler Scott is recorded in the 1870 U.S. Federal Census with his wife Susan Mary Ogden Scott for Monroe County Kentucky. They are living at the time with her parents and his daughter from a previous marriage, Leona Scott whose mother was Jane Bryant.

Schuyler is also seen in the 1880 Census for Turner, Monroe County, Kentucky with his wife Susan, daughter Leona and their children Della, Robert, Hattie and Amanda. They lived next door to her family.

I was unable to track him prior to the 1870 Federal Census. His name is unusual and spelled differently for each record.

Schuyler is buried along with his wife Mary Ogden Scott in the Simmons Graveyard located in Monroe County, Kentucky.
