Biography
John Scott was born in 1788 in Strabane, Washington, Pennsylvania to parents Josiah Scott and Jane Gordon. He married Isabella Vance in 1811. Children: Josiah, Mary, Isaac Vance, Jane Anna, Isabella Vance, Martha E, John. Both John and his wife Isabella died in a cholera epidemic in Jul 1834.
