Pool, deceased. 5 •Event: Fact5 JUL 1764 5) Ordered that Sarah (Scott) Pool be appointed guardian to the orphans of Wm. He died around 1763, and his wife was named Sarah Scott. Sarah Scott Pool died about 1768. They had six children: John, stayed in Johnston County, dying about 1812 (wife unknown); Stephen (no info.); Samuel, married Agnes Bullock in 1781, moved to Georgia and Alabama, dying in Russell County, Alabama in 1844; Sarah, married Richard Rivers; Winifred (no info.); Penelope, married Jeremiah Pearson.
