He died around 1763, and his wife was named Sarah Scott. Sarah Scott Pool died about 1768. They had six children: John, stayed in Johnston County, dying about 1812 (wife unknown); Stephen (no info.); Samuel, married Agnes Bullock in 1781, moved to Georgia and Alabama, dying in Russell County, Alabama in 1844; Sarah, married Richard Rivers; Winifred (no info.); Penelope, married Jeremiah Pearson.

Scott-4460 and Scott-13731 appear to represent the same person because: these are the same woman, I propose merger (my error in creating Scott 13731 -- I should have added additional info to Scott 4460)
