E mail from Joe Slattery, 9/20/2004 William Jr. was possibly born around the 1720's. He is shown as being a Jr. in Johnston County, N.C. records. He died around 1763, and his wife was named Sarah Scott. Sarah Scott Pool died about 1768. They had six children: John, stayed in Johnston County, dying about 1812 (wife unknown); Stephen (no info.); Samuel, married Agnes Bullock in 1781, moved to Georgia and Alabama, dying in Russell County, Alabama in 1844; Sarah, married Richard Rivers; Winifred (no info.); Penelope, married Jeremiah Pearson.
