Jacob married Mary SCOTT 1 in 1781 in NC. Mary was born before 1760. She died in 1836 in Walthall Co, MS. She was buried in Fleet Magee Cemetery, Walthall Co, MS.
Daughter of Nehemiah Scott and Elizabeth Atkinson.
She lived at Water Holes, Marion Co., MS Married Jacob Magee c1782 in Sampson Co., NC and they had 13 children - Cordelia, Jane, Penina, Daniel, Henry, Fleet, Nehemiah, Ervin, George, John, Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah.
They had the following children:
i Bethany Cordelia MAGEE 1 was born in 1773. She died in 1846 in Marion Co, MS. Bethany married Isaac FORTENBERRY. Isaac was born 1 in 1770. He died in 1848 in Marion Co, MS.

iii Jane MAGEE 1 died in Grimes Co, TX.
