Biography
Blanche was born to Elizabeth (Clarkson) Scott and James Scott in Lyttelton, NZ, in 1868.
(Her birth record shows no middle name; her marriage record shows Blanche May; and her gravestone, plus the family tree from 1990, shows Blanche Mary.)
In 1890, Blanche married William Wrathall.
Children:
Ruby Alice (born Alice Ruby Wrathall) Dickinson, 1892-1952
Ethel Lydia (Wrathall) Lawry-Paton, 1892-1948
Blanche Irena Wrathall, 1897-? (who possibly married John George Logan Dick in 1907, but under the name Florence Adelaide Blanche Wrathall)
Blanche died in March 1942 and was buried at St Paul's Anglican, Papanui, Christchurch, along with William, who had passed away many years earlier.
