Biography
Hugh was born in 1867. He was the son of Thomas and Eliza Sumner. He married Mary Ida Monteith. The records show that he was a farmer in Delaware. Middlesex, Ontario from 1896 to 1911. The records show that he worked as a general merchant in London, Ontario in 1911. He died 1930 and was buried at Oakland Cemetery Delaware. Ontario.
