Jessie M. Scott was born in May 1873 in Kansas, United States to George Washington Scott ( 1850-1920) and Hester N. Sutton (1852-1934).

She married Alfred Milton Wiker (1875-1955) as his second wife in c. 1925.

Jessie died on 26 September 1952 in Broward County, Florida, United States at the age of 79.
