GEORGE DURYEA, of Muttontown, son of Roloft and Mary Ann Duryea, b. May 9, 1821; bp. Jtily 15, 1821, in W. H.; d. Mch. 30, 1896; m. Sarah Post, dau. of Elisha of Bethpage and Sarah Seaman of Jerusalem, b. Jan. 23, 1818; living at Fg., 1903. George Duryea, Hank Nostrand, and Henry Bell were the carpenters who constructed most of the buildings in the Dutch settlement. Issue :
