Biography
Samuel was born 22 November 1855 and baptised 3 June 1856 at Truro Wesleyan chapel, son of Matthew and Catherine of Harcourt, Feock[1]
In the 1861 census, Matthew Searle (35), Catherine Searle (36), Mary C Searle (12), Catherine Searle (11), Charlotte Searle (9), John W Searle (7), Samuel T Searle (5), James H Searle (3) and William Searle (1) are living at Loe Vane, Feock, Cornwall. All were born in Feock[2]
