Biography

Hannah Searles (aka Searl) was the daughter of Andrew Searl (aka Searles) and Eleanor (aka Elenor) Heald, Hannah was born 20 Mar 1767 in Townsend, Middlesex, Province of Massachusetts Bay and died there 4 Feb 1810.

Please see revised Research Note and the Old Burying Ground source which said "no marriage found."

Need help on this profile that got adopted: Several problems stand out which it would be nice to clear up if possible? in no particular order; 1) The surname is seen in at least in four variations? Don't mind "also known as" but this person (family) must have a solid primary surname somewhere / somehow. All the siblings are all "Searles" which only helps a little. 2) A marriage and marriage surname is attached yet her burial ( a important marker ) uses "Miss" and makes no mention of any "Ainsworth" connection. Leaving in a husband, Ebenezer Ainsworth only because he was there when adopted.

Adding older note : During a merge it is noted that her place of death was Brookfield, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA but that is not clearly seen in the source material before a merge. What is seen. and acknowledged, was a Worcester County, marriage and a US 1800 Census also marked Worcester County, Massachusetts. The Old Burying Ground source posts Townsend, Middlesex, Massachusetts as place of death and burial.
