Biography

Rutha Seay was born either in 1864 or August 1872, likely in Mississippi. She married Allen Ware. She and Allen had 9 children, if I've counted right. She also had 3 step-children from Allen's 1st marriage. Allen about 1926. After Allen's death Rutha lived with various of her children in Arkansas, California, and Oklahoma. She died in Oklahoma in 1947.
