Biography

Emeline Annis Seeley was born circa 1868 at New York, USA. She appeared on the census of 8 Aug. 1870 in the household of her parents, Jacob John Seeley and Armina (Wilcox) Seeley,[1] at Georgetown, Madison County, New York.[2] She appeared on the census of 22 June 1880 in the household of her parents at Georgetown, Madison County, New York.[3]

She married Frank E. Dodd.[1] The date of her marriage is unknown. It might have been about 1890. When Frank married Ida in 1909 it was his third marriage. One wife had died and one was divorced.
