Never married. After her mother, Lacy Jane [Cockrell] Sellers died she moved to live with her brother, Columbus Alexander Sellers in Shaw, Mississippi.

She had ten siblings, namely: John Hardy, Eugenia, James Franklin, William Henry, Francis Marion Jr, George Washington, Hubbard A., Columbus Alexander, Dock, and Ervin Ansel.

She died on Aug 10, 1950 in Shaw, Bolivar, Mississippi, USA (Age at Death: 82).
