Mary Penelope Sellers was born in 1746 in Tarboro, North Carolina, her father, William, was 29, and her mother, Sarah, was 28. She married Arthur Robbins on April 14, 1764, in Edgecombe, North Carolina[1]. She died on April 2, 1820, in Brunswick, North Carolina, at the age of 74.[2]
