William Gordon Sellers was born on 3 Dec 1890 in Scarborough, York, Ontario, Canada, son of Robert Peter Sellers (1855 - 1927) and Rhubertha Ellen Fleming (1870 - 1952)^[1].

William married Elizabeth Ewart Webster (1889 - 1974) on 3 September 1913 in Malvern, York, Ontario, Canada.^[2].

In the 1901 census Gordon (age 10) was the single son of Robert Sellers in York (east/est), Ontario, Canada.^[3].

William died on 4 Feb 1972 in Scarborough aged 81. He is buried in Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Scarborough, York, Ontario on the 7th December^[4].
