When Charles Woodson Sewells son, William Franklin Sewell was born on July 29, 1842, in Franklin, Georgia, their father, Charles, was 27 and their mother, Catherine, was 25. They have one child with Mary Elizabeth Oliver. They died on July 24, 1920, in Brundage, Texas, having lived a long life of 77 years.
