Hannah Anne Sewell was born on 4 Jul 1871 in Coldstream, Brighton, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of Nelson Sewell (1836 - 1909) and Eliza Ann (Crandlemire) Sewell (1840 - ~1920).
