Catherine Lynch was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Hickory Hollow Road, Beech Springs, Spartanburg County, South Carolina for the May 5, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1859 in South Carolina and had been married twenty-five years. She was the mother of six children of which all were still living as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Joseph A Lynch, son Archie Lynch, son James Lynch, daughter Bernice Lynch, daughter Sue Lynch and son Wilbur Lynch.[2]
On April 1, 1935, Kate C Lynch lived in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.[3]
Kate C Lynch was enumerated as mother of the head of household at 7 Leonard Street, Inman, Campobello, Spartanburg County, South Carolina for the April 12, United States Census, 1940. She was noted as born 1859 in South Carolina and widowed as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are head James A Lynch and niece Mildred Lynch.[3]
Katherine Clementine “Kate” Sexton Lynch is buried at Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina, USA.[4]
