Elisabeth was born about 1720. She is considered to be a child of Christophel Seybert and his wife Anna, but "may have been the dau of Henry Lorenz," her mother's second husband. She migrated with her family to Pennsylvania in 1738. She married first Nicolaus Häffner, perhaps about 1743. After his death in 1769 she married her sister Catherine's widow, Christian Lauer.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elisabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elisabeth:
There's something confusing going on with Anna's son, Frederick Hevener Sr. - Hevener-109: Frederick's profile says his father is Johann Nicholas Hafner - Hafner-461, but Anna's profile says her Husband is Nicholas William Hevener (Hevener-15).
Yes Ben. Despite some minor differences, these are clearly meant to be profiles for the same man who arrived 1738 on the Davey. Both the children on Hevener-15 are duplicated on Hafner-461. I'll set up the merges.
Might Hafner-461 and Hevener-15 the same person?
