Biography

From Find A Grave:

Jacob was the son of William Shaffer & Margaret Dorothy Jones. He married Barbara Elizabeth Shelley in Tennessee. To this union, 15 children were born. Jacob became a long time Lutheran Minister at the St. Paul Church, where he is buried in the Cemetery.
