In 1900, Ross & Mildred Osborn lived in Andover, Andover Township, Ashtabula, Ohio, United States. Even though their sons Harry & Harold had been born, no children lived with them.^[1] By 1910, they had moved to Cleveland Ward 11, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States. Their oldest sons still did not live them, only their daughter.^[2]
